Anaheim Ducks
There are at least three bands named The Ducks: (1) The Ducks were a short-lived hard rock supergroup formed in the July of 1977 by singer-songwriter Jeff Blackburn, and consisted of musicians Bob Mosley (an original member of Moby Grape), Canadian singer-songwriter Neil Young, and Johnny Craviotto. The band played around the Santa Cruz area due to contractual limitations. Eventually the national media was informed that Neil Young had joined a local band.
