Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Greenroom on the web and in the Greenroom iPhone app. By creating an account or using Greenroom you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Keep your sign-in methods secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Pick a handle that isn't offensive and doesn't pretend to be someone else.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

What you post

Diary entries, ratings, notes, lists, handles and profile details are yours. By posting them you give Greenroom permission to store and show them to the people you chose (you, your concert buddies, or everyone if you made them public), and to show public ratings and reviews on artist and venue pages. You can edit or delete them at any time.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post anything that is:

• harassment, bullying, threats, or hate toward any person or group;
• sexually explicit, violent or graphic;
• spam, scams, ads, or ticket resale;
• someone else's private information;
• illegal, or infringing someone else's rights.

Reporting and blocking

You can report any profile or diary entry, and block any person, from the web or the app. Blocking removes them as a concert buddy and hides your profiles from each other. We review every report within 24 hours. Entries reported by several people are hidden while we review them. We remove content that breaks these terms and suspend or delete the accounts that post it. Using Greenroom fairly

Don't scrape or overload the service, get around rate limits or blocks, reverse-engineer the apps, or use Greenroom to send unwanted messages. We may suspend accounts that do.

Show listings and tickets

Show details come from venues, ticketing sites and other public sources, and they can be wrong or change: dates move, lineups change, shows sell out or get cancelled. Always check with the venue or ticket seller before you go. Greenroom doesn't sell tickets; links to ticket sellers take you to their sites and their terms. Recommendations and match scores are our best guess, not a promise.

Connected services

When you connect Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal or Last.fm, your use of those services is covered by their own terms. You can disconnect them at any time.

Disclaimers

Greenroom is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses — including missed shows, ticket purchases, or travel — arising from your use of Greenroom.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. You can stop using Greenroom at any time, and we may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
