Bananarama are an English pop group formed in London in 1980. The original trio consisted of friends Sara Dallin, Siobhan Fahey, and Keren Woodward. In early 1988, Jacquie O'Sullivan replaced Fahey, who later formed Shakespears Sister. O'Sullivan left the group in 1991, and since then Dallin and Woodward have continued as a duo, with a one-off reunion tour including Fahey taking place in 2017. The group has been listed in the Guinness World Records for achieving the highest number of chart entries by an all-female group.
