Junkyard Band is a go-go band from Washington D.C. representing Barry Farms. Considered part of the second generation of go-go they got their start in the 80's. The name Junkyard was derived from them originally playing on whatever they could make into an instrument. Hit's include "Sardines", "All My Heart", "Ruff it Off", the "Hee-Haw", "Tiddy Balls" and others. Two of the most notable members of the band in the early and mid 80's were Steven "Buggs" Herrion (still performing) and Willy "Heavy One" Gaston (now deceased).
