They play indie jazz with intricate time signatures, lush harmonies, and charming doo-wop sensibilities. Brookelove Hanlon brings a lifetime of expertise on the bass, Chris BD is just as comfortable playing a jazz club as he is in a Chopin competition, and vocalists Pigeon Valentine and Connor Laughland have perfected the dual arts of harmonizing together and tastefully coordinating outfits.
